Charity Shops Heads of Terms to Agreement

Our standard 2 page licence agreement is heavily weighted in your favour and has been used by many landlords - both large and small.

We cover the empty business rates charge.

We pay for all utilities (and possibly service charges).

We vacate on 48 hours notice (possibly sooner if necessary).

We have a no-fuss 2 page Licence Agreement (Draft below) which has proved acceptable to many landlords in the past.

Each party covers their own legal costs.

No right of tenancy under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 is granted or implied.
