Charity Shops Planning Permission Issues


We appreciate that there can be various issues at stake including losing an existing A2 or A3 planning consent.

We often get "notes of release" from planning authorities.

We contact them with to see whereby they can confirm they would not seek a formal application to revert to an A2 or A3 use after our A1 occupation.

If landlords are sympathetic, in principle, to our proposed occupation we could approach the relevant planning authorityl to this end.
